Continued Supply Chain Disruption, Global Media Trends of 2022 & The Global Future of Work

This week on Taking Stock with Mandy Johnston:

Over the course of the past 20 months, the pandemic has revealed a lot about how global imports and exports operate, and among other things, highlighted how susceptible Ireland can be to supply disruption. Joining Mandy to discuss is Eugene Drennan, President of Irish Road Haulage Association & Simon McKeever, CEO of the Irish Exporters Association.

The pandemic has undoubtedly accelerated the globalization of the marketing industry, so what kind of media trends will advertisers be using to catch our attention in 2022? Mandy was joined by Yves Le Breton – Director of Global Clients from the Oliver Agency Group.

And, the pandemic has not only changed the way we interact with one another and the way we do business but has caused many of us to re-evaluate the role of work in our lives leading to what has been termed ‘The Great Resignation’. In September 2021, PwC commissioned a ‘Global Future of Work and Skills Survey’ of almost 4,000 business executives and HR-focused leaders to better understand, not only what is driving this trend, but what leaders and organisations can do to retain their staff. Joining Mandy to discuss is Ger McDonough, Partner, PwC People & Organisation.
