With growing concern around Ireland’s reliance on fossil fuels and the ever-growing costs and consequences of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Mandy spoke to Muireann Lynch, Senior Research Officer with the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) to discuss Ireland’s position and where things might head in the weeks and months to come.
Mandy caught up with Deric Henderson, former Ireland Editor of the Press Association and co-author ‘Reporting the Troubles II’ – a collection of accounts from over 70 journalists who have witnessed the troubles first hand – to discuss his experiences during that time and how far things have progressed in the North in the years since the Good Friday Agreement.
Mandy spoke to Philip King, co-founder of ‘Other Voices‘ ahead of a BBC documentary that charts the 20-year rise of a small-town festival that has garnered popular, and international acclaim.
